About Me
I work with adults who are ready to grow—people who feel stuck in old patterns, caught between chapters, or just plain tired of feeling like they’re living someone else’s story. If you're standing at the edge of change (whether it’s exciting or terrifying), I’m here to help you cross that threshold.
My style is compassionate, curious, and a little nerdy. I believe in holding space for the hard stuff, but I’m also not afraid to bring humor into the healing process—because sometimes laughter really is the best medicine (right after a good cry and some deep soul work).
I welcome neurodivergent, or neurospicy, humans with open arms. Whether your brain thrives on structure, spirals into creative chaos, or dances somewhere in between, I work with you to create a space where your wiring is understood—not pathologized.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and completed my counselling certification at Rhodes Wellness College, a program that blends solid theory with hands-on practice. I didn’t just learn about the work—I did the work too, including psychodramas, client sessions, and plenty of personal development along the way.
My training covered a wide range of areas including trauma, grief & loss, addiction, coaching, and introduced me to many therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, choice theory, narrative therapy, and Gestalt work to name a few. I bring all of that into the room with me—alongside curiosity, intuition, and a deep respect for your process.
In our work together, we might explore your inner world through body awareness, values, or story. I use mindfulness practices (all the time), aromatherapy (sometimes), and the occasional Marvel or Matrix reference when the moment calls for it.
I’m a 50-year-old woman who's lived through a few plot twists myself—physical, emotional, hormonal—and I get how complex transformation can be. Whether you're navigating big change, looking to reconnect with yourself, or seeking to level up (no cape required), I’d be honoured to walk that path with you.
When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me sipping tea, snuggling with my dog, reading a book, re-watching The Princess Bride, or talking myself into another round of going to the gym in the name of strength training and self-care.
This is deep work—but it doesn’t have to be dull. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, grounded, and willing to go to the messy, meaningful places with you, I’m here for it.
So please, take off your cape and mask, and let's get to work together.
